Led a visionary restructuring of Samanga Solutions, giving rise to Samanga Utilities—now a dominant regional player in ICT, Transport, Water, and Energy. Under this transformation, the group achieved operational efficiency, unified its business divisions under a shared sustainability framework, and strengthened corporate governance.

Additionally, founded Samanga Defense Solutions (SDS), East Africa’s trailblazer in secure technology systems, providing advanced digital and defense communication infrastructure for critical sectors.

Sustainable Energy Leadership

Spearheaded the design and execution of a 20 MW solar power plant in Nwoya District through Machame Energy, supplying clean energy to rural communities and major industrial users. This project has become a benchmark for renewable development, contributing significantly to Uganda’s national electrification agenda.

The initiative not only powers thousands of homes but also demonstrates an enduring commitment to environmental stewardship, technological advancement, and regional energy independence.

Agro-Industrial Expansion

Established Machame Farms and Machame Industries to strengthen agricultural value chains and enhance local manufacturing. Through these ventures, the company has introduced gluten-free pasta, refined edible oils, and pasteurized poultry products to the regional market.

As the visionary behind Abja Estates and Abja Parks, led the planning and development of sustainable urban communities within the Greater Kampala Metropolitan Area. These initiatives address the city’s housing deficit while incorporating eco-friendly materials and smart-space planning.
